Auction pick up day is Friday April 15th at 2405 Wileman Road, Lynch Station, Va 24571 at lower level FROM 9 AM Until 3 PM-NO PICK UPS AFTER 3 PM. If you can not pick up within the hours listed, you need to make an appointment for Monday April 19th.
20% Buyer's Premium is added to final hammer price.

Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
Russell's Auction Firm reserves the right to reject any bid at sole discretion. Applicable taxes are 5.3% to Virginia residents. 20% Buyer's Premium rate charged. 10% Buyer's Premium on Fire Arms.
Payment types accepted are Credit Card, Cash, Money Order, and Check.
There will be a 3 % surcharge to buyer if items are paid for by credit card. After 10 days of not picking items up(Exception to prior agreements with Customers) You will be charged a $20.00 Storage Fee.
We ship our own product out with no 2nd party shipper. Your items will leave within 7 days of payment received. If we package your order and shipping quotes do not satify you, you are expected to pay for items won and an addition 8.00 for packaging, cost, and time.

Shipping is available, with in house shipping, no 2nd Party. Our Company will charge the card on file for items won and then estimate shipping. Shipping will be charged after items are paid for. Shipping goes out within 7 business days of auction ending.
