Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
Russell's Auction Firm reserves the right to reject any bid at sole discretion. Applicable taxes are 5.3% to Virginia residents. 20% Buyer's Premium rate charged. No Buyer's Premium on Fire Arms.
Payment types accepted are Credit Card, Cash, Money Order, and Check.
There will be a 3 % surcharge to buyer if items are paid for by credit card. After 10 days of not picking items up(Exception to prior agreements with Customers) You will be charged a $20.00 Storage Fee.
We ship our own product out with no 2nd party shipper. Your items will leave within 7 days of payment received. If we package your order and shipping quotes do not satify you, you are expected to pay for items won and an addition 8.00 for packaging, cost, and time.
